MATILDA, A BRILLIANT AMERICAN COMEDY
All year 7 pupils watched the film Matilda last January.
Matilda is a novel by Roald Dahl. It was first published in London in 1988.
It was adapted into a film which was released in 1996. Danny DeVito is the director.
It is the story of a wonderful little girl, Matilda Wormwood, who is a genius, and her wonderful teacher, Miss Jennifer vs. the worst parents ever and the worst school principal imaginable, Agatha Trunchbull.
