This blog is designed for French highschool students -from Louis de Broglie school in Ancemont OR from anywhere else- who want to improve their English.
Louis and other pupils from year-8B class had an amazing idea: "Why not organise an English breakfast at school some day?" Indeed, why not? It was a very good idea!
So, this morning at 8:00 AM local time, all year 8 pupils were asked to skip breakfast at home because they were invited to an English breakfast at LDB school.
bacon, egg and baked beans
cereals and milk
real baked beans from England
"Excellent" Thomas said. "It was very good" Louis added. Maxime said he liked everything except Marmite!
Then, when breakfast was over, I organised a breakfast competition. Pupils had to answer this question: What is a typical English breakfast composed of?
The lucky winners are Maëva, Manon and Théo.
They've won some tea, some baked beans and McVities cookies. Congratulations!
