But What is Red Nose Day ?

Red Nose Day is a big charity event.

The Comic Relief team takes some fantastic fund-raising in schools, offices and homes across the United Kingdom, mixes it with celebrities like actors or singers, sells a new Red Nose (or 3 this year ! link ) across the entire UK and adds a night of comedy on BBC One to make Red Nose Day the phenomenon it is.

Red Nose Day unites the nation in trying to make a difference to the lives of thousands of people in Africa or the UK.

This year, to be part of Red Nose Day 2009, you just need to Do Something Funny for Money !
